For Standard Delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm on Tuesday 19th December 2017.
For Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 2pm on Thursday 21st December 2017.
For Guaranteed Saturday Delivery Orders must be placed before 12noon on Friday 22nd December 2017.

Extended returns until the 31st January 2018 for all online orders placed between 26th October to 24th December 2017. .
Extended Christmas Returns
We know that some people like to be prepared, so we like to be just as prepared for you, as such, for anybody that is buying any items from 26th October 2017 to 24th December 2017 as a Christmas present for a loved one, will have until the 31st January 2018 to return it using our Returns Procedure that can be found on the returns policy page. Merry Christmas! Over the busy Christmas Period, we receive a much higher number of returns for exchanges, so please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to be processed, although we aim to complete them much quicker!
All items under £60 ordered before 16:00(GMT) upto are dispatched on our Tracked service, you will need to pay for the next day delivery to get it for the next day
All orders over £60 will be dispatched on our Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which is guarantee'd on the next working day before 4pm.
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and a range of countries worldwide.

Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day (orders made using Pay4Later finance system may be subject to delays).
Special Delivery items are guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive at their destination by 1pm on the next working day. We also offer a Saturday Guaranteed delivery on all UK orders.
Please note orders made after 4pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. All delivery timeframes exclude Bank Holidays.
We will notify you by e-mail when your order is dispatched. You can check the status of your order at any time in the 'my orders' section of the website, which will update with the parcel's Royal Mail tracking reference. You can then trace your parcel at any time on the Royal Mail website.
At extremely busy periods or during times of disruption, some parcels may be subject to delays. For Special Delivery parcels, please call us if you've not received your item after 3 working days and we will be happy to assist you. For standard delivery, if you have not received you parcel within 4 working days, please contact our customer services department.
If a different delivery address has been requested we reserve the right to send a letter to the billing address to confirm order details.
