How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking link provided or via the Royal Mail tracking service. If you have an account with us, you can also view your order status in the My Orders section after logging in.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be sent in separate shipments. If this happens, you'll receive a separate dispatch email for each parcel.

Please be aware that delivery times may be longer than usual during particularly busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel has not arrived within the following timeframes, please contact our Customer Services team:

  • Special Delivery & Express Delivery: after 3 working days
  • Standard Delivery: after 4 working days
  • International Delivery: after 10 working days

Please note that we are unable to open an investigation for a missing parcel until 10 working days have passed from the expected delivery date.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 4pm are usually dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

Orders made using our Amazon Checkout or V12 finance may be subject to delays.

Items sent via Royal Mail Next day are guaranteed to arrive by end of day on the next working day after dispatch.

Items sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed to arrive by 1:00pm on the next working day after dispatch (including Saturdays).

Please note that all delivery estimates exclude Bank Holidays.

During busy periods, including sales events and seasonal peaks, order processing times may be slightly longer than usual. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands and BFPOs, and to a range of international destinations. We offer International Delivery to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, UAE, and United States. If you require dispatch to a country not on the list above, please contact our customer service team.

Please note there may be restrictions on delivering certain items to specific countries, for instance we are not permitted to sell Pandora outside of the UK.

VAT refunds can be processed on all non-EU deliveries. However, VAT can only be refunded once the order has left the UK and arrived at the destination address.

Deliveries in some countries may be subject to customs delays. Please contact us if you have not received your order within 10 working days.

We can deliver to an alternative address, such as your place of work. Please ensure you are happy with who will sign for your parcel.

For international orders, import duties and taxes may apply. These are payable by the customer and are collected by the courier before delivery. Once payment has been made, the courier will release the order for delivery.

Please note: if you've made an order using our finance options, we can only deliver to your home address.

How long does it take for an item to be engraved and delivered?

Engraved products may take up to 3 working days to be processed. This means that 3 working days should be added to your expected delivery date - including Express, Special, and Saturday delivery.

Please Note: During busy seasonal periods such as Christmas engraved items may take an additional 5 working days to arrive, so please order in plenty of time.
