The devil's in the detail

It doesn’t matter how much you spend on a suit, it won’t look half as good if you don’t use the right accessories.  At House of Watches we have put together a collection of accessories that will add that much needed edge of devilish charm, to any suit.

The first item on the list is a rich burgundy scarf from Zara. This is a fantastic way to inject subtle colour into your outfit. There are a few ways you can wear this, either as a blanket scarf (check out Burberrys A/W catwalk) and draped over one shoulder, or made into a loop and pulled through around the neck. It really depends on how comfortable you feel about wearing one, some gents prefer making a statement while others take a more classic approach.

Now, where would any modern man be without his watch? It is of course, an essential piece in any gent’s wardrobe and the Freelancer watch from Raymond Weil is a most excellent choice. This expertly crafted timepiece is made from rose gold PVD plated stainless steel, sapphire crystal and genuine leather strap with folding clasp. This automatic watch also features a skeleton window, enabling you to view into the complicated world that ticks from the centre of this unrelentingly stylish timepiece.

In addition, what better way to draw attention to your watch than with a matching pair of barrel cufflinks from Thomas Sabo? The onyx against the sterling silver adds an intoxicatingly charming sense of style, with a hint of rebellion.

Finally, we have included a GETi 7mm hammered titanium ring. This ring has a raw contemporary feel and is perfect for any gentleman looking to add some intrigue, especially while he’s quaffing a brandy in a smoky bar.

If you have followed closely you should now be able to accessorise like a pro and give that suit the attention it deserves. Also, if you want to know where to get any of these accessories just follow the links embedded in this article.
